At an investiture at Buckingham Palace the Queen bestowed upon Flt.Lieut. R.B.Morgan the Distinguished Flying Cross awarded to him for services in Malaysia. A former head boy of Chipping Campden Grammar School, he is the youngest son of Mr & Mrs H.J.Morgan, formerly of the Post Office, Moreton in Marsh
