    There seem to be some gaps in the archive. Does anyone remember the school trip to Interlaken, Switzerland in 1968 when we nearly got stranded due to the Russian invasion of Czechoslovakia? The Italian Lakes,Venice and Austria with Mr Whittingham? And the music that we did with Whitty, Vivaldi Gloria, Pergolesi Magnificat, Messiah etc?

    Hi Ian ( seem to remember your name )
    I sang in Whitty’s choir up until
    around 1967 – 68 (memory not quite so good 🙂 )
    Shame no recordings were made at that time , at least none I know of !
    Was a really great bloke, great loss .
